    AUSTIN, TEXAS – August 28, 2012 – HumaniTV, an Internet media and services firm committed to saving lives and impacting communities globally, today announced the appointment of Gina Linn Espinoza as President of the HumaniTV Espanol Division.

    “Gina Lin Espinoza’s is a proven campeón in a market bursting with culture, history, potential and corazones de servidumbre.  As President of our HumaniTV Espanol division, she will no doubt establecer el alto bar,” stated Matt Tankersley, HumaniTV CEO & Co-Founder. “Her passion for her people is eclipsed only by her passion for humanity as a whole, and her sonrisa contagiosa abre las puertas en cualquier idioma.”

    Ms. Espinoza was the recipient of the 2008 National Hispana Leadership Institute Fellowship, while attending JFK School of Government at Harvard University.   She lives in Los Angeles with her dog Don Pepe’ – the primary character in her Children’s programs “las aventuras de Don Pepe’, teaching tolerance and coping skills.  Don Pepe’ is the little dog that hears with his ears but think with his heart.

    Ms. Espinoza produced the 20th anniversary theatrical play and gala for Josefina Lopez’s award winning play “Real Women Have Curves” at CASA 0101. She also produced a Rock Opera “La Muerte Vive,” about Dia de los Muertos/Day of the Dead at the Million Dollar Theater in Los Angeles.  Her current production is “The Imaginary Life of the Street Sweeper” August G at CASA 0101 and The TriTone Music and Art Festival Oct 19-21 in Chino, CA.

    Ms. Espinoza is a Board Member for CASA 0101 Theater in East Los Angeles and serves as Vice President of Thirteen Senses, a non-for-profit that she co-founded with author Victor Villasenor.  She is an active participant with Las Comadres para  las Américas, and appointed the 1st Ambassador for Wise Latinas Linked.  In her spare time she is also a folk artist and craftswoman depicting her philosophy into her art and sprit by reclaiming and finding… beauty in everything!   Ask her advice on any topic, and she will reply: Chose LOVE.

    “Alexander Buelna’s tenured experience in safety, risk management and mitigation make him a natural fit as President of HumaniTV Safety, and an invaluable asset to our team as a whole,” stated Matt Tankersley, HumaniTV CEO & Co-Founder. “His desire to serve and support victims of PTSD (“Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) provide clear indication his heart is in exactly the right place as a member of our leadership team.  HumaniTV is an ideal platform to equip him with further exposure and reach in the pursuit of his passions.”

    Alexander J. Buelna has spent over 28 years as a federal agent and commissioned warrant officer for the United States Army working in various regions worldwide. His career and experiences created vast opportunities to grow beyond government service into assisting disabled veteran’s and government employees excel and develop beyond their own capabilities.  Mr. Buelna has worked for various agencies to include the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of the Interior Office of Inspector General, the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General, and the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division. He has served in multiple levels of management within these organizations including Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge, Resident Agent in Charge, Special Agent in Charge and Commander.

    Mr. Buelna is a veteran of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and served as the Special Agent in Charge/Operations Officer, for the Coalition Provisional Authority, Protective Service Detail, Baghdad, Iraq (2003-2004). He was responsible for the successful security development, management and operations for the United Nations Special Envoy’s, Security and Electoral Mission Assessment Teams, as well as, providing successful personal protection details for various U.S. Congressional Delegates, U.S. Cabinet Level Officials and Heads of State, within a combat environment.  He is the recipient of “The Bronze Star Medal” for subject matter expertise in planning, coordination, and execution of over 300 protective service missions throughout the Iraqi theater of operations without a loss of life.

    Mr. Buelna holds a Master of Science degree in Public Safety, specializing in Criminal Justice and is currently in the pursuit of a PH.D in Public Health, concentrating in Community Health and Education at Walden University. His humanitarian vision and passion include the research and development of his dissertation surrounding issues related to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as it applies to combat Veterans and first responders. He shares his vision and passion through his personal experiences as a mentor, collaborator, and advisor.

Lucke is a member of the HumaniTV and Humanitarian Ambassadors Foundation boards and advisor to Portico International.

    Ambassador Lucke has a 30+ year career in the field of economic development and diplomacy. He worked for the US Agency for International Development (USAID) for 27 years, including being the first director of USAID/Iraq with a $4 billion reconstruction and development portfolio, the largest such US program since the Marshall Plan. He served as US Ambassador to the Kingdom of Swaziland during the administration of President George W. Bush. Lucke has lived and worked in eleven countries during his foreign service career: Mali, Senegal, Costa Rica, Tunisia, Bolivia, Jordan, Kuwait, Haiti, Brazil, Iraq and Swaziland. In 2010, he led the initial US response to the Haiti earthquake. Ambassador Lucke is the author of “Waiting for Rain: Life & Development in Mali, W. Africa” (1999) and is fluent in both French and Spanish. His overseas development work has included the areas of disaster response, economic policy reform, microfinance, HIV/AIDS programs, infrastructure development, governance, food aid and private sector development.

    Ambassador Lucke now brokers US investment into developing countries in Africa, the Caribbean and the Middle East and chairs a bio-fuels company that converts trash and waste into biofuels. Most of his current overseas work is in the areas of affordable housing, renewable energy, power and infrastructure development. He continues his long-term commitment to improving the lives of people in the developing world by conceiving, brokering and managing numerous programs and projects around the world.
